This two-day workshop (Saturday, June 15th - Sunday, June 16th) is designed to sharpen the observational skills of attendees by teaching the scientifically validated human behaviors that signal one's intentions, in particular as for concealing information, emotion, deception, and other
behaviors.
During this seminar dr. Mark Frank will illustrate the
results of his extraordinary research which led to the identification of specific and often involuntary micro
facial movements of the 44 human facial muscles linked to fear, distrust, stress and other emotions common to all human beings across all cultures. Micro expressions are involuntary and uncontrollable facial movements unconsciously displayed when hiding an
emotion.
They are quick and intense expressions of concealed emotion
most people cannot even notice.
Attendees will learn how to identify and properly interpret behavioral cues in order to anticipate courses of action and facilitate further information gathering in their specific operational
setting. This includes behavior observation practice in both short
(10-90 second) and longer (standard) interviews.
