This,
in the beginning. Today it is rather hard to decipher that original sound, the
"Aum" from the oriental tradition which became the Christian "Amen",
while the inexhaustible racket tied to the industrial and post-industrial society
dominates. Those rare times in which we are able to hear it, maybe in the silence of a
church or in the uncontaminated peace of a druid circle during a Celtic festivity, we have
the impression of having stumbled upon an unreal world.
This because beyond these timeless and spaceless places noise dominates uncontested, and
with it music, music for the body.
Music
for the body is inevitably intertwined with modern society, and within it are gathered all
the characteristics of our lifestyles. A type of music that is acid, synthetic, and
syncopathic. A type of music that merely stimulates the "lower instincts" (these
terms are not derogatory, they simply refer to our earthly passions, thus relative to the
first and second chakra) of all human beings.
This
is rather curious. It is known to many that there are five more chakra. Also known is the
fact that a human being possesses, other than the physical body which is visible to all as
height, skin color weight and so forth, at least three other bodies. These bodies being
the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body. The last three bodies would
easily be visible to everyone who decides to resort to those telepathic and extremely
sharp capabilities that we owned since the beginning of times, but forgot about. Thus as
it is known to all (or at least to those who had the opportunity to read books by Anne and
Daniel Meurois-Givaudan) the various musical archetypes which we constantly hear, do what
we as humans forgot how to do. Rhythm nourishes our physical body, while melody, harmony
and symphony respectively nourish the emotional, the mental and the spiritual body.
Briefly
stated, these pages dedicated to "music for light bodies" have a few simple
objectives. Its goals are to gather within its pages people, types of music, albums, and
situations of all kinds which have the ability to give vigor and nourishment to the bodies
that consciously and unconsciously we forget to attend. Giving them new vitality and
allowing them to "breath".
These
bodies deserve to be cared for, the same way our physical body deserves to receive quality
food and beverage daily. It is also commonly known that the cleanliness of our planet
depends on the cleanliness and care that day after day we operate within ourselves. Music,
good music can aid us in the achievement of this supreme objective. Therefore
Bon
Voyage.
