Diagnosis

In order to have a correct diagnosis , the doctor has to understand all the information obtained with the case history, the objective examination, and lab-results related to the chosen organ, because the combination of anatomical, physiological, chemical information represents the starting point of a disease.

Analysis and synthesis are absolutely necessary for a correct diagnosis. Then the doctor has to give a solution for all the problems suggested by the patient, if it’s possible, using reports found with medical examination and lab-examination.
