Bachs 38 remedies
Premise
Bachs 38 remedies have been divided by Bach himself in 7 fundamental groups. This groups have been divided according to states of mind or basic existential psychological ways of being, these refer to the definite structure if ones personality and to momentary states of the psyche, which both can negatively affect health.
Remedies for depression, desperation,
resignation, and discouragement
- Remedies for lack of interest in present circumstances and scarce participation
- Remedies for excessive sensibility to others ideas and influence
- Remedies for fear

The fundamental psychological attitude and its respective variations which correspond to each remedy will be described. Words and statements which describe the mental state prior to the therapy will be listed, followed by a list of positive words and statements which describe the mental state after the therapy.
At last the Rescue Remedy will be described. It is a remedy composed of 5 remedies which is used by many doctors and people in the world as a first aid kit in many situations.
